Le célèbre cIOS D2X créé par Davebaol, Xabby666 et XFlak, se met à jour et passe ainsi en version V7 Betâ 1D. Ce cIOS est une modification de sa dernière version (la rev21) de Waninkoko. Pour installer ce cIOS D2X, deux méthodes s'offrent à vous : soit l'installer à l'aide de ModMii, soit utiliser l'homebrew créé par la Team Wii-Addict : D2X cIOS Installer V3.1 qui s'utilise via l'homebrew channel de la console.
